This project encompassed a full remodel of the master bathroom of this Cherry Hills home.

ALH Contracting had a lot of fun with this remodel as we were able to fulfill our client’s vision. One of the key aspects that separates ALH Contracting from the competition is our ability to maximize the space within a specific project. This bathroom remodel showcases just how well we can do that.

Scope of Work

In order to create this beautiful remodel, we had to move around some elements of the original bathroom.

Rough Work:

Demolish the existing bathroom walls to open up the space
Demolish the existing vanity
Relocate electrical and plumbing to accommodate the new layout
Frame new walls and headers for the new walk-in closet and toilet room

Finish Work:

Install tile bathroom floor
Install tile bathroom walls
Install Shower
- Tile floors
- Rainhead faucets
- Glass enclosure
Install exhaust fans
Install heated towel rack
Install back-lit vanity mirrors
Install automated bidet
Build + Install custom vanity and vanity top
Paint
