This project encompassed a partial remodel of this beautiful Lone Tree home.

ALH Contracting had a lot of fun with this remodel as we were able to fulfill our client’s vision. This remodel showcases several pieces of ALH Contracting’s custom-made cabinetry. You can see this cabinet spread throughout the kitchen, bar room, hall tree, and laundry room.

Rough Work:

• Demolish the existing bar room, kitchen, and laundry room walls
• Reframe the walls and ceiling according to design plans
• Demolish the existing flooring
• Demolish the kitchen and laundry room cabinets
• Demolish the existing fireplace and surrounding area
• Relocate electrical and plumbing to accommodate the new layout

Finish Work:

• Install new engineered hardwood flooring
• Custom-build and install rift sawn white oak kitchen cabinets
• Custom-build and install rift sawn white oak island/seating area
• Custom-build and install oak kitchen island
• Custom-build and install painted oak cabinets for bar room
• Custom-build and install painted oak hall tree
• Custom-build and install painted oak laundry room cabinets
• Install Invisacook 5-Burner Induction Cooktop
• Install Iron Frost Ceramic countertops and backsplash
• Install laundry room sink and backsplash
• Install bar room sink and countertop
• Install new LED can lighting
• Install new door trim and baseboards
• Build, frame, and install a new fireplace surround
• Repaint all of the walls and ceiling
