This project encompassed a full remodel of a condo in Denver, CO.

ALH Contracting had a lot of fun working on this remodel for a condo in the Pinnacle Building in Denver. This project featured a full remodel of the kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, and primary bathroom. Some of the key features of this project were the rift-sawn white oak custom cabinetry, the hand-made tile from Decorative Materials, and the beautiful new lighting.

Scope of Work

Rough Work:

  • Demolish the kitchen and island
  • Demolish the existing guest bathroom
  • Demolish the existing primary bathroom
  • Relocated electrical and plumbing to accommodate the new layout
  • Reframe for new kitchen island
  • Reframe for new bathroom layout

Finish Work:

  • Install new custom-built kitchen cabinets & island
  • Install kitchen backsplash
  • Install new living room cabinet inserts
  • Install new countertops
  • Install guest bathroom vanity & linen cabinet
  • install guest bathroom tile flooring and tile shower surround
  • Install primary bathroom vanity and linen cabinets
  • Install primary bathroom tile flooring
  • Install primary bathroom backsplash
  • Install primary bathroom shower surround
  • Install new sinks, faucets, lights, etc
  • Repaint all walls, baseboards, and trim
